PURCHASE SYSTEM - PRODUCTS OFFERED

1. The products offered in the Store, as well as their characteristics and sales prices, will be announced therein. Likewise, the shipping costs will be reported to the user's address, which will always be paid by the customer. The prices indicated include VAT, although they will be subject to the taxes that may apply to them, according to the information provided by the user and will be at all times the current prices, except for typographical errors. INDECALS-RC reserves the right to modify without prior notice the products contained and offered through the Store. Thus, INDECALS-RC may at any time add new products to those included in the Store, it being understood, unless otherwise provided, that such new products will be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions in force at that time. Likewise, INDECALS-RC reserves the right to stop facilitating access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered in the Store.

2. For the purchase of the products in the Store, INDECALS-RC will request users to register, for which said users, who must be over eighteen (18) years old, must complete the instructions on the screen.

3. Once the user is registered, and to proceed with the purchase in the Store, you must add the product you wish to purchase in the "shopping cart", according to the indications collected in the Store itself, filling out the form of order supplied and sending it to INDECALS-RC, which implies the irrevocable reading and acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions, as well as, where appropriate, the existing Particular Conditions. The purchase will be understood as made at the address of INDECALS-RC.

4. Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, INDECALS-RC will send the user a proof of purchase by email. The order confirmation and proof of purchase will not be valid as an invoice. The purchase prices will be those in force at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the shipping address provided by the customer.

5. INDECALS-RC reserves the right to cancel access to the Store for those users who maintain debit or unpaid balances with INDECALS-RC.
